Bulk scrap prices rise in recent bookings by Bangladesh steel mills

Bangladesh-based major steel mills are heard to have booked Japanese bulk scrap cargo for Mar’21 shipment, credible sources have reported to SteelMint. One bulk cargo comprising 18,000t of H2 has been booked around $420-425/t CFR Chittagong. Few trade sources indicated one more cargo of similar grade to have booked around $430/t CFR. Prices have risen by $5-7/t w-o-w.
