After witnessing a drop of Rs 900/MT in a weeks time, Billet makers in Central India lowered prices by Rs 300/MT today to Rs 29500-600/MT (Ex works Raipur Chattisgarh).
In rest of the locations, there has been no change in Billet prices as compared to the last week.
Traders in Raipur are of the view that there are chances of further drop in prices by around Rs 200-400/MT by the end of this week.
Any improvement in either prices or demand is not expected during this month as it is being difficult to predict markets.
