“With respect to market sentiments, Billet offers in the country have less chances of correction.
Sponge iron and iron ore producers have not considered any price cut which has supported Billet offers”, shared Mr. Rathindra Das, Assistant Vice President for Marketing at Monnet Ispat & Energy Ltd based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
“Manufacturers are waiting to witness good realizations and as lack of construction activities exists, it might be difficult to see a promising Billet market”, said the official.
