“Billlet buying is less in Raipur as buyers wish to place bookings at Rs 30,800/MT but sellers are not making a marginal reduction.
They might have to low offers by late evening because chances are less that buyers will take any material at Rs 30,900/MT or above”, informed sources.
“Demand of Billet is decent in Mandi Gobindgarh and 500 to 600 tons of material has been sold which is being offered at Rs 200/MT more today”, said a trader.
A manufacturer at Jalna shared, “70% of the Billet production is being sold out currently and prices come down by Rs 200/MT to Rs 31,800/MT”.
