Billet manufacturers in Chennai, Tamil Nadu reduce offers by Rs 1,000/MT to Rs 37,000/MT (Including ED) in a week's time. Presently, power supply is around ten to twelve hours only.
In last one week, Billet prices fall by Rs 200/MT in Raipur, Raigarh and Bhilai (Chhattisgarh) as buyers wish to make purchases at low prices.
At most of the other locations in India, prices stabilized on limited trades.
Market participants are hopeful of good buying at Mandi Gobindgarh in the start of next week due to improved sales today.
