Brazil exported a total of 35,206 tonnes of Billet in August this year. Whereas, 51,716 tonnes were exported in August 2011. Weak demand of Billet resulted in lessening of exports.
Countries such as Thailand, Argentina and Indonesia imported a total of 35,206 tonnes of Billet last month. Thailand imported 9,894 tons, Argentina was supplied with 9,852 tons and Indonesia with 4,088 tons.
