BigMint’s weekly iron ore concentrate index was assessed at around INR 5,050/tonne (t) ($60/t) exw-Jabalpur on 20 November 2024, unchanged from the previous assessment on 16 November, 2024.
The daily assessed BigMint’s billet index fell slightly by INR 150/t d-o-d today to INR 39,050/t exw-Raipur on 20 November.
Indian sponge iron prices declined by INR 100-400/tonne (t) across a few locations on 20 November. PDRI prices closed at INR 24,000-26,600/t, while CDRI settled at INR 26,500-31,000/t.
