A major Bhutanese ferro silicon supplier reduced offers to INR 145,000/t exw for May 2022 delivery, as per latest reports. Prices dropped because of reduced demand from stainless steel producers and foundries as a result of low production. Meanwhile, Guwahati producers followed the suit, cutting prices to around INR 144,000/t exw despite the production cut due to power outage, as per SteelMint reports.
