Australian premium hard coking coal prices fell on 27 May’22 by $10/t d-o-d to $465/t FOB. Prices fell as demand from steel mills in Asia softened on falling steel prices. Meanwhile, there are indications of improved spot availability of coking coal which is exerting downward pressure on prices.
