Australian premium hard coking coal prices increased by $3/t d-o-d to $274/t FOB on 5 Oct’22. A deal for 75,000 t was concluded at $272.5/t FOB for 6-15 Nov laycan on 4 Oct by a major Australian miner. Supply tightness and demand at current price levels are providing support to coking coal prices.
