Australian premium hard coking coal prices went up by $10/t d-o-d to $525/t FOB Australia on 17 May. Prices rose amid improved global sentiments with China coming out of lockdown restrictions. In addition, increased rainfall across key mining province of Queensland from the past seven days is making market participants worried about supply disruptions once again.
