Two deals have been confirmed from an Indian buyer that booked 5300 NAR grade Australian coal at $112/t on FOB basis reloaded from China. Also, old cargoes (three capesize vessels) of 5500 NAR grade Australian coal have been booked at $98-100/t FOB China basis. The delivery for these vessels is expected in Oct’21. Indian buyers are booking these old shipments amid domestic coal shortage.
