Coal deliveries to Newcastle Port were disrupted today following heavy rainfall over the weekend, as per Australian Rail Track Corporation. The operator of the Hunter Valley network in New South Wales said heavy rainfall and moderate flooding impacted coal production, freight and passenger services. Prices of high-CV 600 kcal/kg NAR grade is currently assessed at $392/t, FOB Newcastle for September shipment.
