India’s imports of zinc semi-finished products stood at 25,883 t in Apr’24, up by 28% m-o-m compared to 20,203 t in Mar’24. Currently, there was a 34% surge in imports on a y-o-y basis from 19,285 t in Apr’23. India’s primary source of semi-finished majorly came from South Korea with 14,398 t, 17% up than last month, followed by 10,657 t from Japan, a 59% rise from last month.
