Mongolia: Coal output up 36% y-o-y in H1CY’24

• In the first half of this year, Mongolia produced 47.65 mnt of coal, a 35.93% increase from the previous year, as per data released from SXcoal.
• Mongolia’s coal production reached 9.02 mnt in June 2024, showing a 68.96% y-o-y increase and a 4.44% rise from the previous month.
