China’s HRC export offers to the Middle East fell by $5/t w-o-w to $545-550/t CFR UAE for Sep’24 shipment against $550-555/t CFR UAE a week ago. Prices dropped amid a sharp fall in futures. A deal of 3,000 t was concluded at $540/t CFR UAE for late-Aug shipment. Imported HRC offers from Japan remained stable this week at $555/t CFR UAE.
