SAIL’s Alloy Steel Plant (ASP) in Durgapur concluded a reverse auction for 400 t of HC ferro chrome (HC60%) on 27 Oct’22. The material was booked at around INR 123,900/t delivered to plant (including GST) on 10 days’ credit basis, and the ex-plant realisation is at around INR 104,500/t. According to SteelMint’s assessment on 27 Oct, HC ferro chrome (60%) prices were at around INR 105,500/t exw-Jajpur.
