Bharat Aluminium Company (Balco) and Hindustan Aluminium Corporation Limited (Hindalco) have reduced primary aluminium ingot (P1020 grade 99.7%) prices by up to INR 4,000/t ($50/t) following the drop in LME futures by $40-50/t over the recent days. Balco’s effective prices stand at INR 212,250/t ($2,655/t) while Hindalco’s prices are at INR 207,750/t ($2,599/t) exw.
