China’s steel exports fell by 8% m-o-m to 6.15 mnt in Aug’22 as compared to 6.67 mnt in the previous month, as per General Administration of Customs data. Export volumes have declined due to dull demand from key importing nations despite of the continual fall in offers. During Jan-Aug’22, exports recorded a fall of 4% y-o-y to 46.22 mnt against 48.1 mnt in the same period last year.
