- Prices of domestic 304 and 316 grade stainless steel scrap increased by INR 2,000/t ($26/t) and INR 12,000/t ($158/t) respectively as against 5 Apr’22.
- The effective price of stainless steel grade 304 scrap stands at INR 193,000/t ($2,539/t) and for grade 316 scrap the price is INR 281,000/t ($3,697/t) exy Delhi.
- Strong nickel on the LME, tight scrap supply and high demand have turned market sentiments bullish, SteelMint notes.
