China: Shagang Steel rolls over long steel prices for early-Dec’21 sales

Shagang Steel has kept its construction steel prices unchanged for early-Dec’21 sales effective from 1 Dec’21.

• Rebar 16-25mm: RMB 4,800/t ($752/t)
• Wire rod 6-10mm: RMB 5,060/t ($793/t)
• Coiled rebar 8-10mm: RMB 5,150/t ($807/t)

All prices are on ex-mill basis. Although property market sentiments have improved a bit, real demand from the construction sector is still lacking, SteelMint notes.
