India’s major state-owned power producer NLC Tamilnadu Power Limited (NTPL), a subsidiary of NLC India Ltd, has invited a tender for purchase of 500,000 t of imported steam coal (5800 Kcal/kg) from Tuticorin in Tamil Nadu. The last date for submission of bids is by 14:30 IST on 16 Dec’21 . Reverse auction would be conducted amongst all the shortlisted bidders.
