Taiwan: CSC’s steel sales rise 5% m-o-m in Oct’21

Taiwanese steelmaker China Steel Corporation recorded steel sales at 781,997 t in Oct’21, an increase of 4.5% m-o-m. The company’s sales volume increased for the first time since Jun’21. Cumulative sales in the Jan-Oct’21 period stood at 8.03 mn t, according to company officials. CSC has recently reduced prices to reduce inventories before the end of 2021.
