Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL) has invited bids for 2,000 t of medium-carbon silico manganese (Si: 20% min, Mn: 55% min) for its Salem Steel Plant in Tamil Nadu. The due date for submission of bids is 24 Nov’21. The bid-offer validity is for 70 days. The reverse auction will be conducted for all technically qualified bidders except the highest-quoting bidder.
