MOIL has increased prices by 5%, m-o-m, for ore with Mn content of 44% and above, and 2.5% for other ferro grades, silico manganese grade and fines (Mn 25-30%). The total quantity offered for the quarter is lower compared to last month’s 36,442 t. MOIL has increased prices slightly to maintain parity with imported manganese ore. MOIL’s share in total domestic manganese ore production is around 50%, with 2020 output recorded at 1.07 mn t.
