Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) has scheduled an auction for 11,500 t (60 kg, full length) commercial rails from its Bhilai Steel Plant in Chhattisgarh on 9 Jul’21. In the previous auction on 19 Jun, the company had offered only 52 kg rails, which were sold at a weighted average price of INR 42,750/t exw.
