Mono Steel, one of the major rebar producers in Gujarat, today reduced rebar offer by INR 700/t. The current offer for rebar (12 mm) stands at INR 35,100/t FoR Ahmedabad on next day payment term. Limited buying inquiries, weak demand, and increasing inventories have resulted in a price correction, as per sources reported to SteelMint.
