Gujarat based Mono Steel India Ltd (Mono TMT Fe 500) has further raised rebar offer today by INR 500/t on rising trend. The current offering price for 12 mm rebar stands at INR 46,850/t FoR Ahmedabad (excluding GST) on next day payment terms. Previously, the company increased its offer by INR 1,000/t on 14 Dec ’20. Uptrend in prices of other competitive markets and continuous rise in raw material cost led to this price hike, sources told SteelMint. Mono Steel has a rolling capacity of 0.22 mn t pa.
