Gujarat based Mono Steel India Ltd (Mono TMT Fe 500) has further increased its rebar offer today by INR 500/t. The current trade price for 12 mm rebar on next day payment terms stands at INR 44,350/t FoR Ahmedabad. With supportive demand from the project segment and after getting approvals from government and private projects, many integrated plants in the state are continuously increasing their rebar offers, sources told SteelMint. Mono Steel has a rebar capacity of 0.22 mn t pa.
