Kalika Steel Alloys Pvt. Ltd, (Kalika TMT) – one of the major rolling mills in Jalna, western India has reduced its rebar offer by INR 1,000/t. Current induction grade rebar offer for 10-25 mm size stands at INR 50,000/t exw. Prices have consistently decreased owing to dull demand in the market amid lockdown restrictions and higher price parity with other competitive markets, sources shared with SteelMint. The company has a rebar production capacity of 40,000 t on a monthly basis.
