Limited buying seen across finish steel across India due to price volatility and further clarity in the market. Re-Bar prices remain unchanged, however demand doesn’t seem to be encouraging.
Re-bar prices at Raipur being quoted at Rs. 32,200/mt (Ex Factory, Basic Price) by manufacturers, though traders offer same material at Rs 31500/MT.
Buyers prefer to wait and watch before making any fresh purchases.Rising raw material prices doesn’t support steel demand.
Experts say that demand generally remains low in monsoon and might pick up after August when monsoon gets over in the country.
