Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), also known as Vizag Steel is a navratna PSE under the ministry of steel, has issued a tender for export of 15,000 MT Blooms to any country other than banned countries.
The delivery of the material is scheduled up to 31 Mar’17. Bidders can keep their offer firm and valid for acceptance by RINL until 13 Mar’17.

Length: The length of the bloom is 12 meters.
Earlier company has floated the tender for export of 20,000 MT bloom which closed on 16 Feb’17. According to sources, 3 participants shown interest in the tender. The highest bid received was at USD 390/MT and the tender have been concluded at same price and cargo is likely to shipped to South East Asian countries.
Another Tender of Vizag Steel for Export of 5,504 MT Blooms to Nepal
The company has issued another tender for export of 5,504 MT blooms to Nepal. The minimum quantity for which bidder can quote is 2,752 MT equivalent to 1 rake of 43 wagons and minimum quantity for a single size & grade of the product is 640 MT equivalent to 10 wagons.
Tender schedule (IST): Due date for submitting the offer of both the tenders is 6 Mar’17 till 11:00 hrs.
