Vizag Steel has floated a tender for export of various steel products including Blooms, Rounds and Structures. The company is offering a total quantity of 58,000 MT material in its export tender.
The company, in the tender issued, has offered around 40,000 MT of bloom (150*150 mm) and has scheduled the delivery of material to 31 Sept’16 on FoB Visakhapatnam Port or Gangavaram Port on the direct export basis. The last date for bid submission is till 12 Aug’16.

Last 40,000 MT billet/bloom export tender concluded at around USD 300- 305/MT
On 09 Jul’16, the company floated an export tender for 30,000 MT bloom and 10,000 MT billet with scheduled technical bids to close on 18 Jul’16.
Market participants confirm that 20,000 MT blooms have been concluded at USD 305/MT, FoB Vizag Port (India east coast) and billet (90*90 mm) at USD 300/MT, FoB Vizag Port. Cargoes will be shipped in August 2016.
