Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), also known as Vizag Steel is a navratna PSE under the ministry of steel has invited a global tender for purchase of 8,000 MT Calcined Petroleum Coke in Visakhapatnam, India.
The company required 800 MT per month of calcined pet coke from Jun’16 onwards till completion of supplies. The successful bidders should start delivery of material within 7-10 days from the day of purchase order issued and complete delivery of the offered monthly quantity as per schedule, in an evenly spread manner throughout the month. In case of imports, material may be delivered in a single lot of 800 MT per month.
Validity: The offer will be valid till 120 days from the actual date of tender opening.

2. Silicon: 0.05% max
3. Sulphur: 1.0% max
4. Fe: 0.04% max
5. Volatile matter: 0.40% max
6. Ash content: 0.50% max
7. Moisture: 0.10% max
8. Size: 0-10 mm
The material should be securely packed in new non-returnable in white colour HDPE/gunny bags of 20 kgs with moisture proof lining.
If the bidder who are interested in this tender but not enlisted with RINL/VSP, they are requested to furnish copy of following documents:
1. Notarized statutory manufacturing / service industry registration certificate or copy of certificate of registration of shops and establishments for a dealer/agent/trader etc or copy of certificate of incorporation along with memorandum and articles of association of the private/public limited companies
2. In case of proprietary/partnership firms, notarized copy of proprietary/partnership deeds are required
3. Notarized copy of excise, sales tax (CST, VAT), and service tax registration certificates and PAN card copy
4. Self-certified financial worth and audited financial statements for the last three (3) years
5. Self-certified purchase orders/contracts copies for the same or similar tendered items
