Market sources shared with SteelMint that Vietnam’s domestic Formosa is offering HRC skin pass at around USD 425/MT CIF basis and offers for non skin pass is at USD 420/MT CIF. Final confirmation on same is still awaited from company officials.
Last month, the company had put off their monthly HRC pricing announcement for May deliveries and they negotiated the prices separately with its customers.
