Vietnam is the only ASEAN-6 country, expecting to see a positive growth of 2-2.5% in its economy in CY’20, supported by government stimulus projects particularly in construction sector despite the second coronavirus outbreak in its central region, SEAISI stated. On the other hand, Thailand’s construction growth increased by 7.6% in Q2 CY’20. The government is further in plans to increase investments on road and rail projects starting Oct’20 to boost its economy.
