Vietnam’s HRC import market is awaiting new offers this week, with no firm offers heard from major exporting nations. A few trade sources expect prices to rebound after the Chinese holidays, SteelMint understands.
“Russian mills have withdrawn offers in anticipation of an increase in Chinese HRC export offers after the Golden Week holidays on account of ongoing production cuts,” SteelMint learnt from trade sources.
