Vietnam’s HRC import market remained muted this week as buyers vacated the market ahead of the Tet holidays beginning 1 Feb’22.
Indian mills had withdrawn offers for Vietnam towards the middle of last week. Last heard offers were at around $825-830/t CFR Vietnam. Also, offers from China have dried up ahead of the Lunar New Year holidays.
