Vietnamese steel major Hoa Phat recorded finished steel exports of 104,000 t in Nov’21, a significant decrease of 41% against 147,000 t a month ago, as per latest updates. The steelmaker has an annual capacity of 3.5 mn t of HRC and plans to commission the Hoa Phat Dung Quat 2 Iron and Steel Complex project in early 2022 adding another 5.6 mn t by 2025.
