Vietnam: Hoa Phat reports record HRC sales in March

Vietnamese integrated steel producer Hoa Phat has reported record-high sales of HRC in Mar’22 at 296,000t, up sharply by 24% on the month. The steel major has ramped up capacity after factoring in the absence of major exporters like Japan, South Korea and India over the past few months and overseas trade disruptions amid the Russia-Ukraine war.
