Vietnam’s leading steel producer Hoa Phat has reduced its list prices of HRC (Pipe-making grade) by $50-55/t m-o-m basis in order to reduce dependence on HRC imports, a Vietnam-based trader informed SteelMint.
- Revised price of HRC (Pipe-making grade) stands at around $965-970/t on CIF basis for Aug ’21 deliveries.
- For Jul delivery, the company is offering HRC at $1,018-1,022/t, CIF
- Hoa Phat sold 225,000 t of HRC in May.
