Vietnam’s domestic steel mill – Formosa has increased offers for Aug. Current HRC (SAE 1006, skin pass) offers are at $455/t CIF and non skin pass at $450/t CIF basis. Hike in imported HRC offers for Vietnam from major exporting nations resulted in hike in domestic offers as well.
