Vietnam’s domestic integrated steelmaker- Formosa Ha Tinh has announced a sharp hike in list price of HRC (SAE 1006) by $140-145/t for Jun ’21 delivery. The revised price for HRC (SAE 1006) stands at around $907-912/t CIF basis for Jun ’21 delivery. SteelMint learned from Vietnam based sources. The company has been closely watching global price trends and have announced hike in accordance with that. Last month the company raised HRC offers by $45/t at $765-770/t CIF basis for May delivery.
