Vietnam: Formosa Ha Tinh may cut HRC offers for Dec’20

Vietnam Integrated domestic steel mill, Formosa Ha Tinh may reduce HRC offers by $20-25/t for Dec shipments, sources reported SteelMint. Company may offer around $520-525/t CIF basis for Dec shipments. The decline in imported HRC offers from major exporting nations may lead to price cut.
