Vietnam: Ferrous scrap imports up 5% in Jul’21

South East Asia’s largest importer of ferrous scrap, Vietnam, witnessed total imports at 0.66 mn t in Jul’21, up 5% against Jun imports at 0.63mn t.
The US was the top scrap supplier to Vietnam to 0.28 mn t with steady imports in Jul followed by Japan and Australia at 0.19 mn t and 0.09 mn t, respectively.
