Vietnam ferrous scrap imports increase by 28% in Aug’20

Vietnam ferrous scrap imports increased further by 28% m-o-m and stood at 616,817 t in Aug’20. Imports from Japan have moved up by 24% and that from the US by 63% m-o-m. Aug’20 imports have hit an 11-months high as its highest volumes recorded since Sep’19, as per data maintained with SteelMint statistics.
