Vedanta cuts foundry grade pig iron offers by INR 800/t ($10)

Vedanta Resources, a leading domestic pig iron manufacturer in western India, has reduced prices for Gujarat and Maharashtra-based buyers.
Current offers for foundry grade pig iron are at around INR 57,200/t delivered (DAP) to Ahmedabad and Kolhapur, down INR 800/t.
Dull domestic and export demand led to a constant drop in offers.
