US Coal Production Falls by 11% Y-o-Y in July

US, the world’s 2nd largest coal producer, has reported a downfall of 11% in coal production in the month of July’15 against July’14. The nation has produced 9 MnT less coal in July’15.

According to analysis of EIA’s (US Energy Information Agency), US monthly coal production was assessed at about 75 MnT in July’15. The country had produced about 84 MnT of coal in July’14. Whereas, coal production in US has register an increase of 9% M-o-M.
