Ukraine: Zaporizhstal’s steel production rises over 18% m-o-m in Oct’24

Ukrainian steel mill Zaporizhstal has released its production figures for Oct’24.

• Steel production declined by 4% y-o-y to 241,300 t. However, it increased by 18.9% m-o-m.
• Pig iron output edged down by 1% y-o-y to 264,500 t. However, the volume went up by 6.4% m-o-m.
• Production of rolled products saw a 17.4% y-o-y and 6.5% m-o-m decrease to 172,200 t.
