Ukraine: Zaporizhstal’s crude steel output up 7% on year in Jul’21

Metinvest-owned Zaporizhstal has released its monthly production figures for Jul’21. Highlights:

• Crude steel production increased by 7.1% y-o-y to 326,300 t.
• Pig iron output stood at 349,700 t, up 1.8% y-o-y.
• Production of rolled products was up 9.4% y-o-y to 279,400 t.
• Cumulative crude steel production during Jan-Jul’21 stood at 2.31 mn t.
